Terms of Service

Services

West Web Co provides web design, branding, and marketing services as agreed upon in individual project proposals. All services are subject to a signed proposal or written agreement.

Payment

A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files are delivered. All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all final deliverables. West Web Co retains the right to display the work in its portfolio.

Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

West Web Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
